In mass production, the cycle time is often too short for reactive adhesives to provide handling strength until the next step. Therefore, the components are hybrid joined: adhesive bonded and additionally spot welded or riveted to prevent slipping. Inductive spot hardening can also be easily integrated into existing production processes.
