Special induction coils enable fast and environmentally friendly parallel drying and precoating of several metallic components. No preheating, no holding!
Induction heating has great advantages, especially with thick-walled components, in comparison with conventional surface heating methods, since the heat is generated in the same way as with microwave heating inside the component. A drying process can be accelerated and high-quality coatings can be produced. In addition, the energy consumption is significantly reduced, since only the components are heated (and not the environment) and only heat is generated when components are to be dried or coated.
